When life puts you in tough situations, do not say why me? Just say try me. Everything happens for a reason and a purpose with which it serves you. Today i want you to ask yourself this one question – why not you? You are not what happened to you. You are what you choose to become. We are quick to think others are deserving and they enjoy a better life. The truth is we are equally deserving. It is just about the perspective of how you see and manage things. Life will keep on teaching you lessons, have to desire to learn. Fear or losing hope is nothing more than an obstacle that stands in the way of progress. You have to go wholeheartedly into anything in order to achieve anything worth having. Today choose to awaken yourself with a new perspective of the way you see things in your life.

  5. Everything within me disagrees with the idea that this darkness is only here to teach me something, after over half a lifetime I think I might have learnt enough by now. Too the idea that because I’ve not been able to find a way through this, I couldn’t have been wholeheartedly committed to the climb out or battle against this… I’m sorry, maybe I’ll think differently if this ever changes but from within the dark, it just doesn’t mate sense.

    1. It’s just your perspective of how you take things in your life. Remember positive thoughts generate positive feelings and attract positive life experiences. Do not let the negativity weigh you down. Nothing stays the same forever. You need to refine your thoughts and cherish this life given to you. You yourself have the capability to forgo this darkness. Life is all about teachings, you learn one way or the another. Here’s hoping that the Almighty blesses you with the strength to raise your mind from daily trifles.

  8. A good lesson that we often learn too late.
    Or is it ever too late?
    There are always choices. And several can be right at the same time.
    I think ‘we’ in general need to stop trying so hard to divide ‘right’ and ‘wrong’. Enjoy the different shades of life every day.

    1. It’s a sheer joy to see such positivity among people. Your outlook towards life is quite positive. Life is a journey. We do not die if we fall in water, we die if we do not swim. Life is beautiful and we should learn to live. We should not define our world in black and white as there is so much hiding among the greys. 🙂

  11. I always say why me, especially when I’m stressed at work. It’s a joke, it cheers me up. Btw I like that joke about the guy who keeps copping disasters and saying ‘why me, God’ – finally God yells back ‘because you shit me!’
